2 Whole Chickens - Rinsed and Quartered
18 oz. Elmore Smith's Mild BBQ Sauce
Salt
Pepper
The easiest recipe in the world - just tastier! Heat a grill with either gas or premium charcoal. Once heat is even and flames are no longer present, place chicken on grill - cook evenly until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Prior to removing from the grill, coat liberally with Elmore Smith's BBQ Sauce. Heat each side for no more than three (3) minutes with BBQ sauce on the chicken to prevent scorching the sauce. Serve immediately.
15-20 Large Chicken Wings - Rinsed
18 oz. Elmore Smith's Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 Liters Diet Ginger Ale
1 TBSP. Ground Ginger
Salt and Pepper
Add chicken wings to a sealable container. Sprinkle with ground ginger. Fill container with ginger ale until wings are covered. Allow to marinate for two (2) hours in the refrigerator. Remove wings and pat dry. Add to hot grill (gas or charcoal) and cook until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Add ELMORE SMITH'S SPICY BBQ the last few minutes of grilling. Sauce should caramelize - not scorch. Serve with a large bowl of heated sauce and bleu cheese dressing!
1 lb. Beef Cubes
1 Large Zucchini - Sliced
1 lb. Cherry Tomatoes
1 Large Onion
Salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients to wooden skewers, alternating beef, zucchini, cherry tomatoes onion, beef, zucchini, etc. Place loaded skewers on grill and cook until done. Moments before removing, coat with Elmore Smith's Original Style BBQ Sauce. Brush on liberally and rotate on grill until covered. Remove meat and vegetables from skewers before serving.
